Do you accept commissioned projects?

Yes! I take on a variety of commissioned watercolor and digital illustration projects depending upon specs and availability. If you have an idea but don't see it here, please contact me. Looking for ideas? Check out my portfolio!


What is the timeline for projects?

Portraits, bespoke homes, and single 8x10 (or smaller) commissioned paintings take approximately three weeks to complete. For larger commissioned paintings, the turnaround time can vary significantly depending on size and complexity.

Projects with several rounds of designs (i.e., invitations) typically take 5-6 weeks from start to completion. For wedding invitations, please check out my sample timeline page.

Any projects requiring a quicker turnaround than noted above will include a rush fee. Cassie Creative will assess these projects on a case-by-case basis to let the client know the fee and if it can accommodate the rush order.


What is the turnaround time for pre-made prints and products ordered from the shop?

Digital downloads will be delivered immediately via email.

Physical prints and products are typically shipped within 2-3 business days. The shop is closed over weekends and US national holidays, so please keep that in mind when placing your order.


What is your shipping policy?

All artwork and shop products are shipped via USPS Priority Mail with a flat fee of $7.99 per order. Artwork is shipped flat with backer board in a rigid photo mailer, to help prevent damage. If ordering additional prints, they will be packaged together. Miscellaneous products from the shop are packaged and shipped in cardboard mailer boxes. You will receive tracking information after your order has shipped from the studio.

Shipping for invitation suites varies by weight, and will be assessed on your final invoice. Invitation suites will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail, and tracking will be provided.

I cannot guarantee delivery dates after shipping. Once an item ships, it becomes the responsibility of the USPS and Cassie Creative is not liable for any late deliveries or damage incurred during shipping. For all inquiries on delivery once shipped, please check your tracking information and contact USPS.

What is your refund and exchange policy?

Made-to-Order Projects

Refunds and exchanges on bespoke homes, portraits, and custom projects without a signed contract are permitted within 24 hours if artwork has not begun. After the 24 hour period has passed, no refund will be provided. If something comes up after an order has been placed, please contact me as soon as possible and I will be happy to work with you in any way I can. If your project has a signed contract (i.e., invitation suites), please refer to your contract for refund and exchange policies.

Prints + Products

Cancellations and refunds are permitted on art prints and products within 24 hours of purchase, if the item has not yet shipped. Once an item has shipped, refund will not be provided.

If you are truly unsatisfied with your purchase, you must contact Cassie Creative within 24 hours of receiving your product (based on USPS tracking) to discuss an exchange. Exchanges may be permitted on a case-by-case basis.

Digital Downloads

Refunds and exchanges on digital downloads are not permitted. If you have trouble downloading your order, please contact Cassie Creative.
